“I’ve never put a time frame on it,” the mayor said. “I think it would be inappropriate to do so. The Law Department, as well as OMI, are working on it on a daily basis and are moving forward.”
There really needs to be a drinking game for every time Lukey says “moving forward” don’t you think?

it’s a little early for me to drink, but it’s the weekend, so what the hell. From today’s Trib:
