Okay, reader Father Spoon, whose ass I kicked in Week 1 of Fantasy Football (at least that’s how it went down in MY reality), emailed me:
Damn girl, Randy at DVE loves you! he went on about your site for quite awhile this morning around 8:40am.
I listened to DVE the entire way to work this morning until I got to the overpriced, thieving parking garage at 7:45 a.m. and flipped off the machine that spit me out my ticket that is going to cost me over a dozen dollars because I couldn’t get my tired ass out of bed this morning because I stayed up so late last night trying to get caught up with my Tivo that is currently holding all of my free time hostage, and how much does that new show “The Big Bang Theory” rock, and …

Who’s going to fill me in on what Randy Baumann said about The Burgh Blog?
My giant ego demands it. Does he love me as much as Sonni and Jim Lokay do?
Does he know David Conrad? Does David Conrad talk about me all the time? Does David Conrad want to meet for coffee and then maybe check out the Sewage Open House?

Dawn, kindly do not objectify Randy in that manner. It is demeaning to Randy, and to his fellow men. It just so happens that Randy is a genius and should be respected for his intellect alone.

Judge, how do you know that I was not speaking of Randy’s intellect and his wit? Men and women can be hot for many other reasons besides their outward beauty. However, it doesn’t hurt that Randy is good-looking as well!

Well, I’m new to this blog, and it’s all because of Randy this morning. Basically, he was talking about how great your page is and was pushing people to come here to read your info about the whole Scaife divorce.
Anyway, I like the page and am glad I heard him talking about it this morning!

I found the site from the morning show comments myself. Although it sounded to me like Randy knew you. He said they would try to get you on to talk about the “Oh, it’s on” post. After the break he then said something like you wanted to remain anonymous and to just visit the site.
Glad he mentioned it love the site and check it out daily.

Jonathan, that sort of incendiary comment is akin to shouting “fire” in a crowded theater. The First Amendment provides no protection for it.

Why not you ask? You must love the 3 same songs they play…over and over again…I used to be a fan of DVE then out of the blue it just got stale with me
