Poor Vikram.

Taking advantage of the city’s 250th anniversary celebration, government officials, corporate sponsors and community groups kicked off Pittsburgh 250 & Fit, an initiative with the goal of getting 250,000 southwestern Pennsylvania residents to commit to regular exercise.

Kingdom played a brisk game of dodge ball with a group of teens and other volunteers on the Roberto Clemente Bridge, moments before today’s kickoff news conference.

Dodge ball on the Roberto Clemente Bridge?  Hell, yes.

I’m a big believer that dodge ball rocks and those schools that are banning dodge ball are taking away a very important life lesson for the children of America, and that life lesson is this: sometimes in life you’re going to get smacked in the face with a big red rubber ball.  Duck.

And poor, poor Vikram:

It’s not so much that he’s “a split second away from being hit and eliminated,” it’s more that he’s a split second away from permanent falsetto because his elimination clearly happened with a missil-ified dodgeball to the huevos.

I hope he’s wearing a cup.

Cotton McKnight: Looks like it’s gonna be a two-on-one, a menage a trois of pain.
Pepper Brooks: Usually you pay double for that kind of action, Cotton.

You forgot the “J” for “JUMP, you crazy bitch!!”

The Roberto Clemente Bridge featured a jumper before the festivities. We observed from our office view of the action.

To see my name in the context of “dear sweet Mr. “Fear my ballz” Lokay” gives me a warm and tingly feeling.

    It was a great time.
